The Expedition [XP] Prepares for Raids
[XP] has had a great first week of recruitment
and has started Spirit Vale practice nights
while we recruit and fill our final open raid spots.
The guild is still actively recruiting raiding and non-raiding members!
The guild only needs less than a handful more recruits
to jump into Spirit Vale next week! Apply now!
Learn more about the guild, the raiding structure, and
the application process in the "Information & Recruitment" forums.
---------
We offer a place for new and veteran players
to progress in GW2 raiding with no strict schedule commitments.
Though we allow our members flexibility in availability,
the guild takes a very serious approach to raiding.
Applications, calendars, personal coaching, character planning sheets...
...many people may find these resources excessive for a video game.
However, our founding members believe and trust that this degree of organization
is essential for our flexible raiding structure to succeed in GW2 raiding.
Here is a sneak peak about how we operate:
Availability Calendar
You choose when you want to raid! Yes! It's your choice!
We let our members decide how much time they want to commit to GW2,
and [XP] leadership plans around these schedules to ensure that
whatever time IS spent in GW2 is worthwhile for each member.
This way our raiders can maintain a healthy balance Real Life priorities
while maintaining the ability to experience challenging team content in GW2.

Practice and Coaching
[XP] raid leads works closely with each member individually
to ensure they are recognized by their strengths,
they are self aware of their improvements,
and they are challenged to stretch their potential,
regardless if they are a veteran player or new to GW2.
[XP] Raid Leadership is dedicated to the growth of the team,
and will coach, practice, and scrimmage with each teammate
to ensure they are comfortable with the roles they are expected to fulfill.

We told you we take raiding seriously!
But this is all to ensure that raid progression goes smoothly, flexibly, and drama-free!
